All items bought must be returned new, unused and with tags attached, within 14 days from the arrival of the order. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Refunds including postage will be made on return of the item(s). If you would like to exchange for another size, please let us know in your email.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date your received it.
We do offer repairs on embroidery from wear and tear. To find out if you qualify for this service, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with clear photos of damage.
As our fully beaded dresses, tops and all items from our bespoke service are made specifically to your measurements, we are unable to offer returns and refunds on these pieces. If we are out of stock in your size on any product on our site, we give a 'Pre-order' option. You will receive your pre-order within ten weeks from ordering. Pre-orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt or cancelled within three days of purchase.
